Here is a website on "Alternative Medicine," by the Tallahassee Scientific Society. It contains a link to concerns raised by the Tallahassee Medical Society with FSU's proposed "alternative medicine" (i.e., chiropractic) program. Interestingly, related to FSU's claim that this new program will bring in all kinds of new research money, this illustrates how controversial NIH "Complementary and Alternative Medicine" funding is (as well as what a small total pool of money this is). It also highlights how silly it is for FSU to call this "chiropractic," and to create a whole separate college to appease one or two state legislators.
Links to responses from the Tallahassee Astrological Society, along with the Florida Chiropractic Association, will be made available soon . . . . .
